About the Department

Professor Kenneth Shepsle is this year's winner of the 2011 Duncan Black Prize for the best article in Public Choice in 2010.  The paper, co-authored with Abhinay Muthoo of the University of Warwick, is "Information, Institutions, and Constitutional Arrangements:, Public Choice 144 (1-2):  1-36.
