Allison Post is the 2009 recipient of the American Political Science Association’s William Anderson Award for her dissertation, “Liquid Assets and Fluid Contracts: Explaining the Uneven Effects of Water and Sanitation Privatization”, submitted by Nancy Rosenblum of Harvard University. The Anderson prize has been awarded annually since 1977 for the best doctoral dissertation in the general field of federalism or intergovernmental relations, state and local politics.
