Jonathan Bruno

Political Theory

Jonathan is a doctoral student in political theory and a J.D. student at Harvard Law School.  His research concerns the concept of political transparency and its significance for contemporary democracy.  He also has broad interests in the history of political thought and in criminal and tort law.  Before beginning his graduate studies, Jonathan earned a B.A. with High Honors in Economics from Oberlin College.

At Harvard, Jonathan has served as a teaching fellow for ER 22: Justice, Government 1061: The History of Modern Political Philosophy, and Government 10: Foundations of Political Theory, and is a regular participant in the Political Theory Workshop.  He is a member of the editorial board of The Art of Theory, an online political theory journal.
