Katie Gallagher is a political theorist who specializes in topics in contemporary normative political philosophy. Her current work develops an account of the relationship between risk and justice. She is also interested in topics in distributive egalitarianism, political liberalism, feminist political theory, and just war theory. She received her Ph.D. from Princeton (2010) and her A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard (2000). For several years after college, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Weatherhead Center's Olin Institute for Strategic Studies. She is teaching Gov 98al: Global Distributive Justice in the Spring.
