Prithvi Datta received a BA, LL.B (Honors) degree from the National Law School of India University, and read for the BCL and MPhil in law at the University of Oxford, where he studied on a Rhodes scholarship. His research interests are in American social and political thought, constitutional theory, and legal philosophy.
