Biographical Note:
I am currently a post-doctoral Jean Monnet Fellow at the European University Institute. My research interests span the politics of ethnicity, immigration and nationalism. The dissertation is a comparative study of the politics of sub-state nationalism and immigrant integration in Flanders and Quebec. This study of integration policy making by sub-national governments forms part of a broader research interest in the factors influencing policy making processes and outcomes in multi-level political systems.
