This year, the department of Government awarded PhDs to an extraordinary group of 18 scholars. They have made original contributions to knowledge and shown the creativity, skill, and perseverance necessary to earn a PhD from Harvard. As Gary King reminds us – most people can never say this, it is an amazing accomplishment. Please join us in congratulating them.
