Chase H. Harrison is Senior Preceptor in the Department of Government at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and also serves as the Associate Director of the Program on Survey Research at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science. Chase joined the Department of Government in 2006. Between 2009 and 2013, he served as Principal Survey Methodologist and Director of Research Computing at the Harvard Business School. He has also worked at the Roper Center for Public Opinion Research and the Center for Survey Research and Analysis at the University of Connecticut. He is an expert in survey research methodology and public opinion polling, and teaches courses in survey methodology at both the undergraduate and graduate level. He also advises students and other researchers at Harvard on survey design, sampling, and survey administration.
