Felix Chen
Peer Concentration Counselor
Class of 2025 (Eliot House)

Hello everyone, my name is Felix Chen, and I am originally from Austin, Texas. I’m a junior in Eliot House concentrating in Government and Computer Science, and I’m excited to be a resource for y’all this year!

I am deeply interested in issues such as data privacy, AI regulation, and the role of global institutions, with an overall focus on understanding how emerging technologies can be aligned with the public interest. Some of my favorite classes have included Professor Sweeney’s Gov 1430: Tech Science to Save the World and my sophomore tutorial on technology and disruption in international relations.

On campus, I serve as tech director for the Small Claims Advisory Service (SCAS), a PBHA organization that provides legal information to Massachusetts residents. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, and exploring Boston by foot. Please reach out if I can be of any assistance regarding joint concentrations (especially with STEM fields), getting involved with research, or discussing tech policy issues. I’ve really enjoyed my time so far in the Government department and am excited to contribute to this community!
