Ph.D. Student in Government

I’m Natalie Ayers, and I’m interested in developing and applying computational methodologies to issues of conflict, security, and foreign policy, particularly in the Middle East. Some of my current and planned projects make use of geospatial analysis, natural language processing, and modeling to examine conflict incidence and the effectiveness of interventions. Prior to Harvard, I worked as a data consultant in New York before earning my MS in Computational Analysis and Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
